if the sync complete but you did not get your numbers in e52 you have to assign you phone on phonecopy web site then sync again and you will get all the contacts in your mobile from your accout. i get through this so i am telling if its help someone.

I have done as given to transfer the contacts, but after the other synchronised. Nothing happened, the contacts did not come to the new phoe. now what should i do. I need urgent help.

When syncing Google Calendar, into which profile is it synced?
May I select a Profile where it could be synced?
I created a Google Calendar profile, I would like to sync here, for safety reasons (I would like to avoid duplications, this is the reason). -
Suggestion:
In Tasks, instead of Overdue, the date should be displayed.
The overdue dates should be displayed in different color, like RED.
The completed tasks should be displayed with GREEN color.
Otherwise display with BLACK.

Hi, PhoneCopy is cloud service which offers synchronization over GPRS/3G/Wi-Fi. Sorry but bluetooth will not be supported.

After synchronizing Tasks from E52 to PhoneCopy, the Completed status is missing from it.
I can not decide which tasks was completed, which was not.
Is it possible to add a Completed column (field)? -
Help! I have deleted all my contacts due to some duplication issues, and now suddenly, when i have edited all my data via on phonecopy.com, my phone when i press "synchronize" on phonecopy's server, nothing is synced! it just says "sync complete" but my contact list remains blank!

Hi, on www.phonecopy.com contacts page there is "Deleted Items" button. When you will press it you will see all deleted contacts and you can restore it.

is there an option to mass restore? because there were like 1,000 contacts that were accidentally deleted

YES, just go to deleted contacts page. On right side you can select how many contacts on page you want to see. Select All (or 100 it is up to you). On left side of contacts list header you see check box or you can use button "Select" to select all contacts on page. You will se checked check boxes on each contacts row. When you will press restore, you will restore all selected contacts.

I have a temporary Nokia E52 while my iPhone is being repaired. I am not able to sync my contacts from Mac to Nokia due to discontinued iSync support from Apple. I have copied all my contacts to PhoneCopy, but none of them is transferred to the Nokia even if it says sync complete after a few seconds. Am I missing something?

after trying your steps here but
i am still unable to sync with phonecopy.
i did exactly the steps shown which was very helpful, but in the end, will unsuccessful to sync data...
but my phone shows sync complete, but how can that be when the sync takes 2 seconds where else i have 2,000 over contacts.
As to my susspicion that the sync wasnt done, i checked on the online on my phonecopy profile, and there wasnt any record of syncing.
can someone help me on this?

I have my contacts grouped on my MacBook Pro in the addressbook. Now I only want to sync ONE group with my Nokia E52. Because otherwise the contactlist gets too big for the phone.
That is why I grouped them into a small 'working' group and bigger groups to keep when I actually need them again. How do I select the group from my contact database in addressbook ?

Once some password is set, it is store on server. You probably changed the password in phone settings (this password can be generally different from the one for web login).
If you have your phone already associated with your account, you can change the device password in "device" section of "settings" on web, using the pull down menu on particular device.
If not, change the username to another in the mobile phone, and sync again, new phone account will be created, then you can associate it with your old web account using the welcome wizard, input the new username into the form.

hello
please advise on how to transfer contacts only from, iphone 3GS to nokia e52. i have successfully sync my iphone contacts to phonecopy and did as instructed for the sync profile on nokia e52, but i cannot retrieve the available contacts as saved on the web from iphone to the nokia.
please advise if there is any other way to do the sync, maybe using nokia's ovi suite or the pc suite for nokia.

Hi, you must synchronize again after phone association. According to our log, you haven't synchronized after phone association.
