    • Windows Phone has limited data model for storing phone numbers. Edit the contacts on website and assign them correct types. WP supports one cellphone, two home phones and two work phones. PhoneCopy support team, 26/02/14

  • I did it from Nokia E 72 to Samsung Focus Windows 7 phone. It worked excellently, except for:
    1. The e mail address in Nokia didnot get transferred to Samsung- I would like some advise as to how it should be done
    2. In Nokia, there is a provision to edit the label( for example, instead of " Mobile( Home)" you can change to " Mobile(XYZ)". These numbers are not getting transferred to Samsung- any suggestions?
    srisugramgay, 24/11/13
    • Hello, Windows Phone devices have quite limited data model to work with. They support two home phone numbers, two work numbers, 1 cellphone, 1 fax. For emails, it is one email address for each of following types: home, work, other. All other details cannot be transferred.
To be able to sync your email addresses, ensure you assigned one of the types mentioned above.

  • I have sync my Old Nokia E52 contacts to Phonecopy - but cant see my contacts at phone copy.I have followed "how to sync 920 with phone copy" down to line no 4 but no contacts came to my phone. I cant tell if the 920 outlook 365 setup was sucessfull with a gmail account or not or if that was the right account to do it with - my normal email address disnt seem to work as Outlook is still empty. I have tried from the 920 to proceed with no 5 but cant find "advanced" fyi my outlook on my pc network is via exchange and i cant tell if if this is now linked to my 920 or not. This is my first couple of days with a smart phone so not too sure of things on this new phone. nicktight, 16/06/13
    • You forgot to associate Nokia E52 to your profile. I made it for you and now it will work without any limits. PhoneCopy support team, 17/06/13
  • While the above steps relate to syncing of contacts FROM PhoneCopy to Nokia Lumia 920, how will contacts from a Nokia Lumia 920 be synced to PhoneCopy? kartikeyasingh, 19/02/13
    • Hi to connect Lumia to PhoneCopy we are using native Microsoft protocols which allows initial synchronization only from server to device. We are planning to launch another solution later as well. PhoneCopy support team, 23/02/13
