After successful login, go through the application setup wizard and then select "Synchronize" (for an account with an existing backup) / "Backup" (for an empty account) or press the "Later" button and then select option in the side menu "Back up contacts" / "Restore contacts" for one-way synchronization.

  • I need to print off SMS from my old phone for court, i am trying to back them up to a new device. After initial setup, i and currently syncing my information, i am at " 2076%+ and growing growing... How long does this usually take? alfgio12, 03/03/20
    • Hi, it depends on how many SMS you have stored in your mobile. It will take few minutes if there is thousands of SMS. PhoneCopy support team, 03/03/20
