  1. Close the Outlook app.
  2. Press Windows Start button, search for Control panel, find and open Mail.
  3. Press E-mail Accounts button.
  4. On the E-mail tab, select New....
  5. Select Manual setup or additional server types. Press Next.
  6. Select Outlook.com or Exchange ActiveSync compatible service (or simply Exchange ActiveSync). Press Next.
  7. Fill in your account details.

    • Your Name: your real name
    • E-mail Address: your_username@www.phonecopy.com
    • Mail server: www.phonecopy.com
    • User Name: your_username@www.phonecopy.com
    • Password: your_password
  8. Press Next.
  9. Account test should be performed. Press Close.
  10. Press Finish. Now you can close all Control panel windows. Setup is finished.
  11. Now you can run Outlook app. Your contacts, calendar and tasks should be synchronized automatically.
