First go to the phone's Main Menu and then follow these steps:
- Select Tools, then Sync. Under Sync select Options and afterwards New sync profile.
- To Sync profile name fill in PhoneCopy.
- Select Connection settings and configure given fields

- Server version: select 1.2
- Server ID: leave blank
- Data bearer: Internet
- Access point: Select your operator's GPRS access point. We recommend using the "internet" data profiles if possible.
- Host address: write http://www.phonecopy.com/sync
- Port: write 80
- User name: your_username
- Password: your_password
- Allow sync request: Yes
- Accept all sync requests: No
- Network authentication: No
- Press Back and select Applications.
- In case you experience trouble during the synchronization, you may try enabling only one remote database at a time with the Include in sync option. Now, select items you want to back up:

Hi, unfortunately, Nokia 1680c-2 doesn't allow to backup or synchronize photos or videos via the mobile network. The only way is to copy your photos and videos via USB cable to a PC. Then you can upload it to PhoneCopy.

Hi, unfortunately, Nokia X2-01 doesn't allow to backup or synchronize photos or videos via the mobile network. The only way is to copy your photos via USB cable to a PC. Then you can upload it to PhoneCopy.

In the Media there is "SELECT ALL", or you can select multiple photos when you use "SHIFT" key on your keyboard. Alternatively, you can use PhoneCopy for Windows which can synchronize all your photos to Windows PC.

Mass media download is considered beta and allowed to Premium users only. We have enabled this feature for your account. You should now see a new download button in the file list header. This button download all selected files in a zip file.-

To tech.support: can you change date format from dd.mm.yy to dd.mm.yyyy ?
Otherwise some contacts in my phonebook marked borned in future.
For example 1957 in phone becomes 57 on synchronize to site and then becomes 2057 on synchronize back to phone. It's not good! -

Yes, you synchronized it to server. But please set your phone as explained in the guide. You set it FROM DEVICE and we recommend BOTH WAYS. Moreover you set same name of two databases (Contacts.cdb and contacts.cdb). For the next sync switch off SMS sync. You can set it later when you will have successfully synchronized contacts.

I synchonized my account for weeks successfully from an E51, it worked with a Server ID what was given (it contained only lower- and uppercase), and with more databases (Contacts, Calendar, Notes, Cont. Groups, SMS-es and Bookmarks.
MMS not, that's only mobile operator ad)
But now I changed password, and nothing synchronizes, nor if I leave an only one database and even the Server ID is deleted.
I tried network authentication, but it didn't work.
My question is:
What is a secure password for a PhoneCopy account, because I will set my pw that way.-

I'm trying to sync my contacts from an iPhone 6S to a Vertu Signature. I managed to sync all my contacts from iCloud to PhoneCopy server but could not sync from this server to my Vertu. The following message kept coming up "Data transfer not possible. Check data connection". Please be kindly noted that I could still browse the Internet using either Wifi or 3G connection. Your prompt support would be much appreciated.

Hi, can you please check which kind of internet connection you are using in your Vertu? Some operators can block PhoneCopy when you are using WAP connection. We recommend internet connection called Internet, GPRS or similar.

Hi, under GPRS there still can be hidden WAP Access Point. Please check Access Point (also called APN) to avid WAP connection.

I am trying to copy the contacts from an old Nokia 2760 phone to a Samsung Galaxy s6. Unfortunately, the service has been transferred to the s6 and the Nokia can no onger connect to the web in order to upload the contacts list. I have the Nokia PC backup file (*.nbu) on my PC. Is it possible to upload an *.nbu file to my PhoneCopy a/c and then download to the s6? Thanks.

No, we don't support .NBU file, but if you will export contacts from Nokia PC Backup to .VCF you can use PhoneCopy for Windows for uploading it to PhoneCopy.com server.

Thanks. Actually, I did it by using the Nokia PC software to create a *.csv file of the contacts on the Nokia phone. Then converting the *.csv to a *.vcf file using some free software I found on the web. Then emailing that to the Galaxy s6, and then importing it into the contacts. Seems like a simple generic way of transferring contacts from one mobile to another.

Hello, the phone indicates that it is full. Phone reports exactly 1000 items in the phone book so this might be a limit. Unfortunately, this capacity cannot be extended by a memory card, it is the limitation given by the vendor.

Nokia phones with Symbian OS were known to handle lots of contacts. But the newest device from this range is like 5 years old (like Nokia E7 and so on).
Current phones sold under Nokia brand are simple devices and we think the limitation is the same.
The rest of Nokia portfolio (branded as Microsoft now) is limited to Lumia devices which uses Windows Phone operating system. They are capable to hold such amount of contacts but these are modern smartphones with no link to classic Nokia phones.

I assume you wish to transfer your contacts to another phone than the 6233, am I right? Simply synchronize the new device following it's setup guideline, associate it with your account and synchronize once more.
