- After successful login, go through the application setup wizard and then select "Synchronize" (for an account with an existing backup) / "Backup" (for an empty account) or press the "Later" button and then select option in the side menu "Back up contacts" / "Restore contacts" for one-way synchronization.

Halo my Vodafone vf685 does not switch on completely it only shows the vodaphone logo the shows the rotating white line..I can't access anything in my phone.. What can I do to fix it zkm710302, 05.04.20

I am sorry, you have to contact Vodafone. PhoneCopy offers data backup, not hardware problem solution.
