I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it just will not run the sync -- it shows "Samsung Phone" with 228 contacts then This device >> PhoneCopy.com I agree and then it connects to PhoneCopy then it was "No changes since last synchronisation". In fact if I log into the website it keeps saying that my Samsung device has never been Synced... Why does the Android app not work at all? msdiamondconsulting, 19.01.17
