  • I have installed the Windows software and tried to log as a premium user but couldn't. I have chosen the automatic synchronization option and now I cannot use the program. Everytime I try to open it it just automaticly synchronizes and I cannot change any option. I am not an everyday Windows user (using bootcamp on Mac) so I don't know how to find and delete the config file. Uninstalling doesn't help. And the Mac software doesn't give the chance to synchronize sms. 2 wasted days for 25EUR... ditc, 9/2/16

      • Hi, for security restrictions we cannot access encrypted iTunes backup. You have to switch off encryption in your iTunes backup. Then our application will be able to access content and you will get your SMS. Equipo de soporte de PhoneCopy, 9/2/16
