    • I've restarted the phone and it hasn't helped. We have 2 Samsung phones registered, both are the same make and model. The one that isn't working was last synchronise on Tuesday 12th at 14.59. hsx285, 21/7/16
      • Hello, does the app show any error message after pressing Synchronize button?
Have you tried to re-install the app?
        PhoneCopy support team, 22/7/16
        • No error message, it says checking items on phone copy.com server then nothing happens. No I haven't tried to re install the app, will it work if I do this? I'm confused about why the other phone linked to phone copy works fine? hsx285, 22/7/16
          • Hello, maybe the app got into some unusual state. Try to re-install it to avoid this possibility. If is does not help, we will forward this problem to our Android staff. PhoneCopy support team, 22/7/16
            • Hi I reinstalled the app and it works, thanks for all the help. hsx285, 25/7/16
    • You are correct, it should work correctly. Your account is not blocked. Which phone doesn't work for you? We can see last synchronization from Samsung two days ago. Is it that Samsung which doesn't work now? We don't see any error message which seems to be related to communication problem of your phone. Can you, please, restart it first to be sure.
