Hello, Today Norton 360 found PhoneCopy as a malware on my phone and wants to remove it. What should I do? zotyoka, 18/10/2022

Hello,
thank you for screnshots.
Amongst other behavior, App Advisor from Norton 360 scans and checks the apps which:
* Collects SMS
* Collects camera pictures
* Collects details about contacts
PhoneCopy collects contacts, SMS and media for its backup to your personal account on PhoneCopy.com. This is the primary use of the application and you installed it for this purpose.
Norton 360 on your phone only warned you that PhoneCopy is the app, which collects these data.
You can ignore this warning, or you can put the PhoneCopy app on whitelist or ignorelist for your Norton 360.
You can feel secure, because PhoneCopy does not contain any malware. -
Hi, can you, please send us a screenshot to our support email?
