Halo my Vodafone vf685 does not switch on completely it only shows the vodaphone logo the shows the rotating white line..I can't access anything in my phone.. What can I do to fix it zkm710302, 5.04.2020

I am sorry, you have to contact Vodafone. PhoneCopy offers data backup, not hardware problem solution.
