- After launching the application, create a new account from the application. If you have already created an account on web pages www.phonecopy.com, log in to this existing account in the application.
- After successful login, go through the application setup wizard and then select "Synchronize" (for an account with an existing backup) / "Backup" (for an empty account) or press the "Later" button and then select option in the side menu "Back up contacts" / "Restore contacts" for one-way synchronization.

Hi, PhoneCopy.com doesn't support old blackberry directly but still there is a guide which can help you to get data from your phone https://www.phonecopy.com/en/pages/how_to_backup_contacts_from_blackberry_curve . When you will succeed we can help you to import it to Windows 10.

The message I get is "the organiser applications on your computer aren't supported".
Is there a way of doing this as my BB 9000 isn't going to last long with probable screen failure (screen goes white then eventually goes normal). Thanks johnk9159, 20.01.2018
