  • SO i synced Android phone to phonecopy.com and contacts/sms are OK but I have problem restoring videos/pictures to another phone. For some reason media wont download/sync to new phone?

      • Thank you for your answer.
        The media was restored to another phone, but folders/collections are lost.
        Media was sent from Samsung S5, restored to Huawei Mate 20 lite. Any suggestions?         dpetrek, 28.12.2018
